At this moment we accept returns via our return portal within the first 15 days from your ship date for U.S orders and 10 days from delivery date for international orders.For US order all items with any discount over or equal to 10% off and below 30% off are not valid for refund BUT are valid for exchanges or store credit. Eligible items for return must be returned in their original condition, unworn, washed, or damaged.
What is the policy for sale items?
All sale items that are 30% off or over are final sale. Quantities are limited and are not eligible for exchange, refund, or store credit. This applies for all US and International orders. What is the refund policy?
Refund policy applies to all purchases made in our site and is eligible on products that are full price only. Refunds on sale products that are 30% off or over are not approved. Store credit or exchange apply to any orders with 29% or less.
What items are non-refundable?
The following items are not refundable:
Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
Sales and clearance items, including sample sale items.
Original shipping and handling fees.
What if my return for an exchange, instant exchange, or store credit is received by ANCORA stained, damaged, or dirty?
If we receive your return in these conditions, we will deduct 30% from the deposit as a damage fee. Please take into account that our products are delicate and intimate and for these reasons, once a product is stained or dirty, it can't be put back for sale. The remaining balance or deposit will be refunded to the original payment method in an instant exchange case or to a gift card coupon in a store credit request. Keep in mind that it doesn't apply for items returned for a full refund to the original payment method, in these cases, the pieces won't be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
How soon will I get my refund?
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For international cards please allow 4-6 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. If you made your purchase using a gift card refunds will be issued to the original card that was used. The refund amount will include only the amount paid by you after any discount or reward was applied to the returned item(s) and it will not include any shipping charge paid by you unless you are returning a damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent to you. Products purchased with store credit are not valid for refund.
What if my item is damaged?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order and we will exchange the unwashed/unworn item for the same item at no cost. For any warranty, the product goes through a review process by ANCORA SM quality department. If it proves to be a factory error, ANCORA SM will proceed to return the product for the same reference as long as it is available. If the product for any reason is sold out, ANCORA SM will proceed to issue a store credit coupon for the net value of the product. This review may take up to 15 business days from the date of application.
How much time does order processing and fulfillment take?
Order processing and fulfillment may take from 1 to 3 business days if product is in stock. Order processing varies depending on the demand we have in our fulfillment warehouses. Once your order is processed it will be delivered on the delivery option chosen by you at checkout.

Do you charge tax?
We are required by the state of Florida charge sales tax on all orders.
For international orders, duties and taxes are not included at the price at checkout. ANCORA SM cannot reimburse customs in any capacity and is not liable for reimbursing or refunding customs fees.
How do i use a promo code or merchandise credit?
At checkout, you may enter valid promo codes. ANCORA SM promo codes are case sensitive so please be sure you are entering them correctly. After you have applied your promo code, please make sure you see the code applied to your order in the Order Summary section before proceeding to checkout. Only one promotional code can be used per order. After an offer has expired, we are unable to honor the promotion on future orders. Additionally, current promotions are unable to be applied to previous purchases.
Can i change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, we cannot adjust or cancel the order. Our warehouse processes the orders immediately. Please contact us immediately if changes are needed. We will do our best, however we cannot guarantee we will be able to make any changes.

Do you have free shipping?

How can I track my order?
We will send you an email once your order is shipped with the tracking number. The user can verify the tracking number through the logistic operator’s webpage. You can visualize the status of your order up to 24 hours after the tracking number is issued.

Do I have to pay for duties and taxes?
Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes and for most countries you may prepaid them at checkout. ANCORA cannot reimburse customs in any capacity and is not liable for reimbursing or refunding customs. These fees are charged by the county of import, so we have no control over any customs/duty’s fees associated with your order.
