Our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on the customer.

Services that include elements of automated decision-making include:
-Temporary denylist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This denylist persists for a small number of hours.
-Temporary denylist of credit cards associated with denylisted IP addresses. This denylist persists for a small number of days.

If the customer provides ANCORA LLC with personal data through websites or other channels, this is done entirely voluntarily, and he gives ANCORA LLC his consent to use such data in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy. If the customer chooses not to provide the requested information, he will not be able to access certain benefits. In some cases, only the people who have provided ANCORA LLC with the necessary personal information will be able to order products, use certain services and take advantage of other activities and offers available on the site.

The display, use, display, copy, or any other form of reproduction of ANCORA LLC's domain or any of its subdirectories and/or pages in sites that are not owned by them ("framing") is expressly prohibited. Failure to comply with these prohibitions will be a violation of intellectual property rights over contents and rights over Industrial Property.
