Full-price products are eligible for a refund, with the exception of women's swimwear, as each piece is considered an intimate garment and tailored specifically for you. If you wish to exchange your women's swimwear, it can be done at no additional cost. In case of uncertainty regarding your size, you have the option to order a piece in different sizes and receive a refund only for the size that doesn't fit.

Refunds for sale products with a discount of 30% or more are not permitted; instead, store credit or exchange is applicable for orders under 30%.

Refunds will be issued in the original payment method. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to reflect on your statement.

If your purchase was made using a gift card or store credit, the refund will be processed to the same payment method used. The refunded amount will only include the paid amount after any discount or reward applied to the returned item(s), excluding any shipping charges unless you are returning a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

A return fee of 12 USD will be deducted from your refund amount if you opt for a refund. However, if you choose an exchange or store credit, this fee will not be applied.
For all refunds equal to or exceeding USD 500, a restocking fee of 80 USD will be charged.

We will gladly refund or exchange an item provided it has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn, and that all labels and tags remain attached. The merchandise must have all tags and liners secured and be returned in its original packaging. Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered cannot be accepted. The determination of whether a returned suit has been soiled is at our discretion, and if so, it will be returned to you.

The return process is straightforward, following these steps:

1. Package the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring the removal of any existing labels from the packaging. Please note that products not in their original packaging cannot be accepted for exchange, refund, or store credit.
2. Print out the provided shipping label and affix it to the package, ensuring the barcode is clearly visible.
3. Take the packaged items to one of the shipping carrier's drop-off locations or schedule a pick-up.
4. We will process an exchange, refund, or issue store credit for an item as long as it remains undamaged, unworn, and all labels and tags are intact. The merchandise must be returned in its original packaging.
5. Items should not exhibit deodorant stains or wrinkles, as products with these conditions will not be approved by our quality control.
6. Ensure the return is shipped within 5 days of receiving the return label; otherwise, it will be automatically canceled.
7. Please allow up to 10 business days for the return to be processed.

In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we assume responsibility for the exchange costs and the necessary shipments to replace the defective item with an identical one. It is important to note that such requests must be submitted within five calendar days of the delivery, and adherence to the care instructions is required.

For products under warranty, our quality department conducts a thorough review process. If the issue is determined to be a result of a factory error, we will initiate the return process and replace the product with the same reference, provided it is in stock. If, unfortunately, the product is unavailable for any reason, we will issue a store credit coupon equivalent to the net value of the product. Our suits are made of the finest imported fabrics from Colombia and Italy, and there are trims and appliances that are delicate in nature. Many of our suits are like fine lingerie and must be cared for likewise. All our suits can be worn in pool or ocean water. However, they are not intended for arduous physical water activity or long periods of time in heavily chlorinated water. All swimwear should be hand washed separately in cold water with very mild soap (we recommend specialty lingerie detergent) immediately after use. Spread it separately or hang it to dry.
