We know that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for return. For US orders we can accept refunds on any product other than swimwear as each piece is considered an intimate garmet and produced especifcally for you. You can exchange your product at no cost for you and, if for any reason you are not sure of your size, you may order a piece in different sizes and receive a refund on the size that does not fit you. Products that have 30% or more are final sale and are not eligible for returns.

We do not accept returns for international purchases made outside of the United States of America.

We process store credit or refund within 15 days from the delivery date. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Your refund will go back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. We usually process returns quickly, but just in case, please allow up to 14 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded.

We understand that sometimes an item you purchased may not fit perfectly, and that's where our Instant Exchange option comes to the rescue. If you find yourself in this situation, we offer a seamless process to get your exchange to you as quickly as possible. With Instant Exchange, we'll promptly ship your desired item without waiting for the return of the original product. Instead of requiring a deposit on your card, we simply charge the price of the item you wish to exchange for.

Once we receive your return and ensure it meets our arrival conditions, we will refund the amount charged as a deposit. This way, you can get the perfect fit without any unnecessary delays or hassles. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're here to make your exchange experience as smooth as can be. We hope you understand that purchasing a swimsuit is like purchasing intimate garments that require careful consideration. To ensure a smooth return process, please keep in mind that all items must be received in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. Any stains, traces of deodorant, or signs of wear may affect the eligibility for a return. At ANCORA, we strive to provide the best service to you, and as part of our quality control, we will assess the returned items to ensure they meet the stated conditions. If the items are found to meet the criteria, we will gladly accept the return for a Store Credit or exchange. However, we will deduct 30% of the suggested retail price from the deposit as a damage fee. Please take into account that our products are delicate and intimate. For these reasons, once a product is stained or dirty, it can't be put back on sale. The remaining balance or deposit will be refunded to the original payment method in instant exchange cases or to the store credit available for store credit requests.

To qualify for an exchange or refund, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. We kindly ask that you initiate the return within 5 days after receiving the return label to prevent automatic cancellation. When returning your ANCORA product, we request that you pack it with care in its original packaging, just as you received it.

Products returned wrinkled, stained or without all tags, liners, and original packaging will not be accepted. Please try on swimwear over underwear and avoid removing the sanitary slip, as each swimsuit is a delicate and intimate product.

Our ultimate aim is to ensure your satisfaction with your ANCORA purchase, and we genuinely appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these return guidelines.

All sale items that are 30% off or over are final sale.

Quantities are limited and are not eligible for exchange, refund, or store credit. This applies for all US orders. If you have a question about the sizing of a sale suit, please reach out our customer service at support@ancoraswimwar.com.

Items with any discount equal or over 10% off and below 30% off are not valid for refund BUT are valid for exchanges or store credit. There are no price adjustments if for any reason a product goes into sale.

The following items are not refundable:

-Free gifts or promotional items.
-Orders purchased with store credit or any value of an order paid with store credit.
-Sales and clearance items.
-Customs fees.
-Original shipping and handling fees.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. If you made your purchase using a gift card refunds will be issued to the original card that was used.

The refund amount will include only the amount paid by you after any discount or reward was applied to the returned item(s) and it will not include any shipping charge paid by you unless you are returning a damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent to you. Products purchased with store credit are not valid for refund.

If you request a refund, 12 USD will be deducted from your refund amount as a return fee, if you request exchange or store credit the fee won't be charged.

There is a 80,00 USD restocking fee on all returns that are equal to or greater than 500,00 USD.
