From our atelier to you
Every ANCORA piece is made in Colombia by the hands that designed it. When you place your order, our team inspects, wraps and ships it from our atelier, and it flies straight to you.
Delivery time: 7 to 12 business days from the moment you order. Customs can occasionally add a few days; we'll keep you posted with tracking the whole way.
Free shipping on US orders over $140.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is applied on orders over $140 USD. This offer cannot be applied to purchases being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, the US Territories, or the Virgin Islands. Free shipping is sent via standard ground through UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business days from Monday through Friday. Address verification may delay the delivery of your order. Please allow an additional 5-10 days for Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales.
Expedited Shipping
We offer expedited shipping, but it is not guaranteed for all orders. Before requesting this service, please contact our Customer Service team at support@ancoraswimwear.com to confirm its feasibility. Expedited shipping incurs an additional $12 charge per order, and the actual cost may vary based on factors such as order size, weight, and destination. Our team will provide a detailed cost breakdown for your approval before proceeding.
Order Tracking
You will receive an automatic email with the tracking number once your order is shipped. You can verify the tracking number through the logistic operator’s webpage. You can track the status of the order up to 24 hours after the tracking number is issued.
Shipping Process Details
-We deliver shipments Monday through Friday.
-We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.
-We cannot make changes to orders once they have been submitted.
-We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/DPO addresses.
-All orders are subject to address verification.
-A direct signature may be required on all orders.
-Please allow an additional 5-10 days for shipping during Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Placing an International Order
For international orders, our website will automatically adapt and show the products in your local currency. To place an international order, follow the normal checkout process, ensuring you select your country and local currency before purchase. Confirm that the correct currency is reflected during checkout.
Free Shipping for International Orders
Typically, orders over $250 USD qualify for free shipping. However, this may vary depending on the destination country and will be displayed at the top of the website. Free shipping is sent via standard international DHL service.
Returns and Exchanges for International Orders
Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, customs regulations, and significant logistical costs, we do not accept returns for international purchases made outside of the United States. This policy ensures product hygiene, safety, and quality, and compliance with international trade customs regulations. All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes, and in most countries, you may prepay them at checkout. We cannot reimburse customs fees and are not liable for any customs charges.
