Shipping

Free shipping is applied on orders above 180 USD. Our free shipping offer cannot be applied to purchases being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, the US Territories, or the Virgin Islands. Free shipping will go out on standard ground via UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL. Orders will be processed and shipped during the regular business days from Monday through Friday. Address verification may delay delivery of your order. Please allow an additional 5-10 days for Black Friday & Cyber Monday sales.

We offer expedited shipping, but it's not guaranteed for all orders. Before requesting this service, we kindly ask you to contact our Customer Service team at support@ancoraswimwear.com to confirm its feasibility. Expedited shipping incurs an additional $12 charge per order, and the actual cost may vary based on individual factors such as order size, weight, and destination. Our team will provide a detailed cost breakdown for your approval before proceeding.

You will receive an automatic email once your order is shipped with the tracking number. You can verify the tracking number through the logistic operator’s webpage. You can track the status of the order for up to 24 hours after the tracking number is issued.

-We deliver shipments Monday through Friday.
-We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.
-We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been submitted.
-We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/DPO addresses.
-All orders are subject to address verification.
-A direct signature may be required on all orders.
-Allow an additional 5-10 days for shipping for Black Friday & Cyber Monday sales.

International Shippings

For international orders, our website will automatically adapt and show the products in your local currency. To place an international order, please follow through normally, make sure you select your country and local currency before purchase, and make sure you see it reflected during checkout.

Tipically orders over $250 USD qualify for free shipping. However it may varies depending on the destination country and will be displayed at the top of the website. At ANCORA, we hold customer satisfaction in high regard and strive to provide top-quality products. However, due to the intimate nature of swimwear, coupled with customs regulations and significant logistical costs, we do not accept returns for international purchases made outside of the United States of America. This policy is in place to ensure product hygiene, safety, and quality, as well as to comply with customs regulations of international trade and avoid issues during the process for you and us.

Please note that all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes, and for most countries, you may prepay them at checkout. We cannot reimburse customs in any capacity and is not liable for reimbursing or refunding customs. These fees are charged by the country of import, so we have no control over any customs or duty fees associated with your order. Your ship-to country collects duty and taxes on imported goods on behalf of the government. The rates of duty are established by the Department of Finance of each country and can vary significantly from one product to another and from one country to another. Customs and duties are based on various factors, but specifically: country of origin (manufacturing and textiles), and the value of an item (original value, even if the item is on sale).

There can be additional fees upon delivery beyond taxes and duties.

Orders

Order processing and fulfillment typically require 1 to 3 business days when the product is readily available in our inventory. Please be aware that the timeline for order processing may vary based on the demand experienced in our fulfillment centers. Once your order has been successfully processed, it will be dispatched using the shipping method you selected during checkout.

For US orders we can accept refunds on any product other than swimwear as each piece is considered an intimate garment and produced specifically for you. You can exchange your product at no cost for you and, if for any reason you are not sure of your size, you may order a piece in different sizes and receive a refund on the size that does not fit you. Items on sale at a discount of 30% or more are considered final sale and items with discounts equal to or exceeding 10% and less than 30%, are ineligible for a refund but can be exchanged or credited to your store account.

Items on sale at a discount of 30% or more are considered final sale. Due to limited availability, such items cannot be exchanged, refunded, or credited back to your store account. For items with discounts equal to or exceeding 10% and less than 30%, they are ineligible for a refund but can be exchanged or credited to your store account.

Please note that we do not offer price adjustments in the event a product goes on sale, regardless of the reason.

We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to scramble credit card information so that customer transactions are safe and secure.

In compliance with the regulations of the state of Florida, sales tax is obligatory for all orders.

In the case of international orders, it's important to note that duties and taxes may not be integrated into the checkout price. We regret that we cannot provide reimbursement for customs charges and do not bear responsibility for refunding or covering any customs fees.

During the checkout process, you have the option to input valid promo codes. It's important to note that our promo codes are case-sensitive, so be sure to input them accurately. After entering the promo code, please verify that it has been successfully applied to your order by checking the order summary section before proceeding with the checkout. Each order can only use one promotional code. Once a promotion has expired, we regretfully cannot apply it to future orders. Furthermore, our current promotions cannot be retroactively applied to previous purchases.

Our warehouse initiates order processing immediately upon placement. Once an order has been submitted, it becomes increasingly difficult to modify or cancel it, as it triggers the production process on our production line. Please bear in mind that each item is meticulously crafted specifically for you.

If you find the need for any adjustments, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. While we will exert every effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee our capacity to make changes once the production process has commenced

If you receive a damaged or defective item, kindly inform us within 5 days of receiving your order, and we will promptly replace it with the same item at no extra cost. In the case of products covered by a warranty, they will undergo a thorough evaluation by our quality department. If the issue is determined to be a result of a factory error, we will arrange for a return and provide a replacement for the same item, subject to fabric availability at that specific moment. Should the same product be unavailable, we offer the option to select an alternative or provide a store credit coupon equivalent to the product's net value.
