Exchanges: Please submit your exchange request within 10 calendar days of receiving your order

Refunds: For U.S. orders, refunds are available on all full-priced items. Swimwear and other products can be exchanged at no additional cost. If you are unsure about sizing, you may order multiple sizes and request a refund for the one that does not fit.

Sale Policy: Items purchased with a marked discount between 15% and 29% are not eligible for refunds but can be exchanged or credited to your store account.
Items purchased with a marked discount of 30% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

Warranty: You have a 30-day window from the date of purchase for any warranties. If your item arrives damaged, please inform us within 5 days of receiving your order.

Return Fees: If you request a refund, a 16 USD return fee will apply. No fee is charged for exchanges or store credit. Returns equal to or exceeding 500.00 USD are subject to an 80.00 USD restocking fee.
