Exchanges: Please submit your exchange request within 10 calendar days of receiving your order
Returns: For US orders, we accept refunds on all products except swimwear, which is considered intimate and custom-made. You can exchange your swim and other product at no cost. If unsure about your size, you may order different sizes and receive a refund for the size that doesn't fit. Items on sale at 30% discount or more are final sale. Items with discounts between 10% and less than 30% are not refundable but can be exchanged or credited to your store account.
Warranty: You have a 30-day window from the date of purchase for any warranties. If your item arrives damaged, please inform us within 5 days of receiving your order.
Return Fees: If you request a refund, a 12 USD return fee will apply. No fee is charged for exchanges or store credit. Returns equal to or exceeding 500.00 USD are subject to an 80.00 USD restocking fee.

Order processing and fulfillment typically require 1 to 3 business days when the product is readily available in our inventory. Some products are produced espefically for you! Onced fullfiled, you should receive all your tracking information via email.

This suit runs pretty small, but that’s not my issue. My issue is with their return policy. They’re a swimwear brand yet you can’t return your swimsuits for a refund to original payment method. You can only get store credit for swimwear which is extremely annoying and they keep it hidden and deceivingly worded in their returns section. I will not be purchasing from Ancora again and wish I would have realized that swimsuits (their main category) cannot be returned without receiving store credit. They actually encourage you to order multiple sizes if you “are uncertain of your sizing”. Don’t do it! Don’t get tricked and let them take your money.
