What is your return policy?

At this moment we only accept returns via email within the first 15 days from your ship date. Please email us at support@ancoraswimwear.com with your order number. A customer service representative will review your request. If it is approved, you will be mailed a prepaid shipping label for USA orders and return form; please print the shipping label and the return form.

All items with any discount over 10% off and bellow 30% off, including promotional codes as newsletter discounts or any other, are not valid for refund BUT are valid for exchange or store credit. Eligible items for return must be returned in their original condition, unworn, washed or damaged.

Products must have all tags and liners attached and returned in original packaging. Please try on garments over underwear and do not remove sanitary the slip. Remember that, due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. It is at ANCORA´s discretion to determine if the returned piece has been soiled. If a piece is determined to be soiled, orders will not be accepted for a return or store credit. ANCORA cannot send back the order and will have to damage out any soiled suits.

What is the policy for sale items?

All sale items that are 30% off or over are final sale. Quantities are limited and are not eligible for exchange, refund, or store credit. How is the return process for international orders?

Customer must guarantee that the product is sent back to ANCORA facilities in the United States. Costs, duties and fees in the return process are customer responsibility.

Securely pack your merchandise and return form in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible). Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed once we receive ii. Please be attentive to all the return process.

What is the refund policy?

Refund policy applies to all purchases made in our site and is eligible on products that are full price. Refunds on sale products that are 30% off or over are not approved. Store credit or exchange apply to any orders with 30% or less including promo codes.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For international cards please allow 4-6 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

If you made your purchase using a gift card refunds will be issued to the original card that was used. The refund amount will include only the amount paid by you after any discount or reward was applied to the returned item(s) and it will not include any shipping charge paid by you unless you are returning a damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent to you. Products purchased with store credit are not valid for refund.

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. What items are non-refundable?

The following items are not refundable:

  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
  • Items purchased with discount with any discount including promo codes.
  • Sales and clearance items, including sample sale items.
  • Original shipping and handling fees.
  • International shipping costs and return costs.

How soon will i get my refund?

Once your items are inspected by the return department, you’ll get your refund typically within the next 10 days. It may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be fully processed

What if my item is damaged?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order and we will exchange the unwashed/unworn item for the same item at no cost.

For any warranty, the product goes through a review process by ANCORA SM quality department. If it proves to be a factory error, ANCORA SM will proceed to return the product for the same reference as long as it is available. If the product for any reason is sold out, ANCORA SM will proceed to issue a store credit coupon for the net value of the product. This review may take up to 15 business days from the date of application.

How is the shipping process during COVID 19?

Due to the health emergency declared by the national government with respect to COVID-19 and as part of our corporate responsibility policy, we adopted the pertinent measures to avoid the contagion and spread of the virus. You can rest assured that your order was shipped with strict protocols in health regulation. Order are being shipped normally for the US territory but please allow 3-4 business days for order processing. For international orders, the shipping time depends on each country government’s border restrictions. Do you have free shipping?

Free Shipping is applied on order above 150 USD. Our free shipping offer cannot be applied to purchases being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories or Virgin Islands. Free shipping will go out in standard ground USPS or Fedex service. Orders will be processed and shipped during the regular business days of Monday through Friday. Address verification may delay delivery of your order. Please allow an additional 5-10 days for Black Friday & Cyber Monday sales.

How can I track my order?

We will send you an email once your order is shipped with the tracking number. The user can verify the tracking number through the logistic operator’s webpage. You can visualize the status of your order up to 24 hours after the tracking number is issued.

Some things you should know in our shipping process:

  • Due to COVID-19 our warehouse is only operating 3-4 days a week. Order processing may be delayed. Please allow 3-4 business days for order processing.
  • Due to COVID-19 FedEx has suspended service guarantees. Please expect a delay in your shipments.
  • Most of all order are deliver with Fedex standard shipping. US order are talking 3-5 business days to arrive once the order is shipped.
  • We deliver shipments Monday-Friday.
  • We do not ship on Saturday and Sundays
  • We are unable to make changes to orders once submitted

Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes and is not included in the price at checkout. Ancora cannot reimburse customs in any capacity and is not liable for reimbursing or refunding customs. These fees are charged by the county of import, so we have no control over any customs/duty’s fees associated with your order.
