Do you have free shippings?
Free Shipping is applied on all shipping in our entire online store. Our free ground shipping offer cannot be applied to purchases being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories or Virgin Islands. Free shipping will go out in standard ground USPS service. If you wish to upgrade your shipping method, you must pay for any additional costs that are available in the moment of check out. Free ground shipping cannot be applied to previous purchases. Orders will be processed and shipped during the regular business days of Monday through Friday. Address verification may delay delivery of your order. Please allow an additional 5-10 days for Black Friday & Cyber Monday sales.
Can I track my order?
We will send the user an email with the confirmation that his order has been delivery with the logistics operator. ANCORA through its logistics operator will take the products purchased to its destination. The user can verify the guide number through the logistic operator’s page and you can visualize the status of your guide maximum up to 24 hours after the guide is issued. This is due to updates on the pages of each operator.
Does ANCORA SWIMWEAR have any shipping restrictions?
ANCORA SM makes international shipments to any part of the world where you are if your country is under the country dropdown menu in the moment of check out. The deliveries outside the United States territory will be sent through the logistic operator DHL.
How much do I pay for delivery services?
When you select the city, state and the type of shipment, ANCORA SM will automatically calculate the shipping cost. The freight/shipping cost will appear as an additional item to the selected products and can be clearly identified before finalizing your order.

How do I return or exchange a gift?
Can I exchanges my purchases if I am an international customer?
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate returns for International orders at this time.
What if my product is damaged or defective?
If the user receives the defective or damaged product, ANCORA SM is responsible for exchange costs and relevant shipments, as long as the request is made during the 30 calendar days after the purchase or generation of the order and also if you followed our care instructions.
if you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order and we will exchange the unwashed/unworn item for the same item at no cost.
Do you accept returns?
This Returns and Exchanges Policy applies to all purchases made through the website www.ancoraswimwear.com and only applies for US orders. We cannot accommodate returns for International orders at this time.
For US customers, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no charge to return your merchandise. Please try on garments over underwear
Online purchases made through the Site are valid for exchange, credit, or refund within 15 days from the ship date. Products that are on sale will not have refunds but are valid for exchange.
ANCORA SM will refund or exchange an item, provided that it has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached. Merchandise must have all tags and liners attached and returned in original packaging.
Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. It is ANCORA SM discretion to decide if the returned suit has been soiled. If a suit is determined to be soiled, it will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
How is the return process?
At this moment we only accept returns via email within the first 15 days from your ship date.

A customer service representative will review your request. If it is approved, you will be mailed a prepaid shipping label and return form, please print the shipping label and the return form.
Securely pack your merchandise and return form in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible). Place the pre-printed return label on the outside of your package. Please note that the return label is pre-paid, therefore, you will not be responsible for the return shipping cost. Drop off at your package at your nearest UPS or USPS office.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed.
How do I receive my refund?
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. No refunds will be applied to sale products. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For returns from international addresses and international cards please allow 4-6 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
If you made your purchase using a gift card, or store credit, refunds will be issued to the original card that was used. The refund amount will include only the amount paid by you after any discount or reward was applied to the returned item(s) and it will not include any shipping charge paid by you unless you are returning a damaged, efective, or the wrong item was sent to you.
When will I get my refund?
Usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.
