What is your return policy?
We hope that you love your ANCORA piece. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your unique piece, we will gladly accept your unworn/unwashed items within 15 days of the delivery date for US orders. Products discounted under 30% off are eligible for exchange and store credit only.
Eligible items for return must be returned in their original condition, unworn, washed or damaged. Products must have all tags and liners attached and returned in original packaging. Please try on garments over underwear and do not remove sanitary the slip. Remember that, due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. It is at ANCORA´s discretion to determine if the returned piece has been soiled. If a piece is determined to be soiled, orders will not be accepted for a return or store credit. ANCORA cannot send back the order and will have to damage out any soiled suits.
We cannot accommodate returns for International orders at this time.
How is the return process?
At this moment we only accept returns via email within the first 15 days from your ship date. Please email us at email@example.com with your order number. A customer service representative will review your request. If it is approved, you will be mailed a prepaid shipping label and return form; please print the shipping label and the return form.
Securely pack your merchandise and return the product in its original packaging. Place the pre-printed return label on the outside of your package. Please note that the return label is pre-paid, therefore, you will not be responsible for the return shipping cost. Drop off at your package at your nearest USPS office. Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed.
Can I return an international order?
We do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges for international orders.
What is the refund policy?
Refund policy applies to all purchases made at full price through the website www.ancoraswimwear.com/us and only applies for US orders. We cannot accommodate refund for International orders at this time.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment and are only valid for US order. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For international cards please allow 4-6 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
If you made your purchase using a gift card, or store credit, refunds will be issued to the original card that was used. The refund amount will include only the amount paid by you after any discount or reward was applied to the returned item(s) and it will not include any shipping charge paid by you unless you are returning a damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent to you.
What items are non-refundable?
The following items are not refundable:
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
- Items purchased with discount.
- Sales and clearance items, including sample sale items.
- Original shipping and handling fees.
- International orders
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your items are inspected by the return department, you’ll get your refund typically within the next 10 days. It may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be fully processed
What if my item is damaged?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order and we will exchange the unwashed/unworn item for the same item at no cost.
For any warranty, the product goes through a review process by ANCORA SM quality department. If it proves to be a factory error, ANCORA SM will proceed to return the product for the same reference as long as it is available. If the product for any reason is sold out, ANCORA SM will proceed to issue a store credit coupon for the net value of the product.
