REFUNDS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES


Refund policy applies to all purchases made through the website www.ancoraswimwear.com and is eligible on products that are full price. Refunds on sale products that are 30% off or over are not approved. Store credit or exchange apply to any orders under 30%.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For international cards please allow 4-6 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. 

If you made your purchase using a gift card refunds will be issued to the original card that was used. The refund amount will include only the amount paid by you after any discount or reward was applied to the returned item(s) and it will not include any shipping charge paid by you unless you are returning a damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent to you.

Products purchased with store credit are not valid for refund.

If you request a refund, 12 USD will be deducted from your refund amount as a return fee, if you request exchange or store credit the fee won't be charged.

There is a 80,00 USD restocking fee on all returns that are equal to or greater than 500,00 USD.

SALE PRICE POLICY

FOR RETURNS RECEIVED STAINED, DAMAGED, OR DIRTY

If we receive your return for an exchange, instant exchange or store credit stained, damaged, or dirty, we will deduct 30% from the deposit as a damage fee. Please take into account that our products are delicate and intimate and for these reasons, once a product is stained or dirty, it can't be put back for sale. The remaining balance or deposit will be refunded to the original payment method in an instant exchange case or to a gift card coupon in a store credit request. Keep in mind that it doesn't apply for items returned for a full refund to the original payment method, in these cases, the pieces won't be accepted and will be returned to the customer.


PROMOTIONAL CODES

On the checkout page above the Order Summary section, you may enter valid promo codes. Our promo codes are case sensitive so please be sure you are entering them as they are. After you have applied your promo code, please make sure you see the code applied to your order in the Order Summary section before proceeding to checkout. Only one promotional code can be used per order. After an offer has expired, we are unable to give you the promotion on future orders. Additionally, current promotions are unable to be applied to previous purchases.

All items purchase with a discount code greater or equal than 30% are final sale and are not eligible for exchange, refund, or store credit.


USA RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

This Returns and Exchanges Policy applies to all purchases made through the website www.ancoraswimwear.com

For US customers, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no charge to return your merchandise. Please try on garments over underwear. Online purchases made through the Site are valid for exchange, credit, or refund within 15 days from the ship date.

ANCORA SM will refund or exchange an item, if it has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn and that all labels and tags are attached. Merchandise must have all tags and liners attached and returned in original packaging. Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. It is ANCORA SM discretion to decide if the returned suit has been soiled. If a suit is determined to be soiled, it will be returned to the customer.


 USA FREER THROUGH THE WEBSITE:

  1. Box up your items with the original packaging. Be sure to remove any existing labels from the packaging.
  2. Place the pre-printed return label on the outside of your package. Please note that the return label is pre-paid, therefore, you will not be responsible for the return shipping cost.
  3. Drop off at your package at your nearest USPS office.
  4. Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed after your package is received.
  5. Please return within 5 days after receiving the return label, otherwise, it will automatically cancel.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

For international orders, we process store credit or refund within 10 days from the delivery date. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. "Final Sale” means the specified items are not eligible for return or exchange. Your refund will go back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. We usually process returns quickly, but just in case, please allow up to 14 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded.   1. Box up your items with the original packaging. Be sure to remove any existing labels from the packaging. Products that do not come in its original packaging will not be accepted for store credit or refund.
  2. Print out the shipping label and tape it to your package, ensuring that the bar code is clearly visible.
  3. Take the package to one of the shipping carrier's drop-off locations, or schedule a pick-up.
  4. ANCORA will refund or make store credit to an item provided that it has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn and that all labels and tags are attached. Merchandise must have all tags and liners attached and returned in original packaging.
  5. Items can't have deodorant stains or be wrinkled, products with those conditions won't be approved by our quality area.
  6. Please return within 5 days after receiving the return label, otherwise, it will automatically cancel.


PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

We do not adjust the prices if any product goes into discount.


GUARANTEES ON DAMAGED PRODUCTS

You receive a defective or damaged product, we are responsible for exchange costs and relevant shipments to replace the defective product. Please take into consideration that the request must be made during five calendar days after the purchase. You must also need to follow our care instructions.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order and we will exchange the unwashed/unworn item for the same item at no cost.

For any warranty, the product goes through a review process by our quality department. If it proves to be a factory error, we will proceed to return the product for the same reference if it is available. If the product for any reason is sold out, we will proceed to issue a store credit coupon for the net value of the product. This review may take up to 15 business days from the date of application.


CARE INSTRUCTIONS

ANCORA SM suits are made of the finest imported fabrics from Colombia and Italy, and there are trims and appliances that are delicate in nature. Many of our suits are like fine lingerie and must be cared likewise. All ANCORA suits can be worn in pool or ocean water; however, they are not intended for arduous physical water activity or long periods of time in heavily chlorinated water. All swimwear should be hand washed separately in cold water with very mild soap (we recommend specialty lingerie detergent) immediately after use. Lie flat separately or hang to dry.
